Wild Wild West

I throughly enjoy that even though our fair city is becoming more cosmopolitan by the year they still have annual events like a cattle drive down Tejon Street in the heart of downtown. Or that on particular longhorn thought it would be a great idea to break away and start running toward us (or maybe it was the crosswalk we were next to). So here are a couple of pictures of how we spent the morning of our 4th of July~

i know exactly what you mean. we are having our 'cattle drive' thru our downtown on the 23rd.....

but our town is changing too... we are full of winery's and vineyards and lots of los angeles money and san francisco money has moved into our community and it is pushing those of us that are just 'regular folk' out of here.... the only good part is that when we get ready to sell our home.... it will be worth a whole lot to these newbies in town.
